No-Salt Meal Plan

Many people with diabetes, high blood pressure, and other conditions need a low- or no-salt diet. What’s for Supper offers a selection of no-salt, low-carbohydrate meals, available Fridays of every week. Though prepared without salt, the meals are well seasoned and tasty. All are prepared from scratch from fresh vegetables, meats, poultry and fish.

Meals are available by monthly subscription with a five-meal per week minimum. The cost is $110 per week plus tax, payable in advance. You can pick up the meals at our kitchen or we will deliver, free of charge to Huntsville. Our no-salt menu is updated weekly with the Friday menu announced Monday.

Typical Weekly No-Salt Menu

Orders include at least five per week in any combination. You can order more if you like and we’ll make the adjustment in your billing.
-Pork tenderloin in non-spicy Cajun rub
-Flank steak, cooked sous vide, with pepper and oregano
-Italian chicken breast roasted in garlic and oregano
-Greek chicken breast with balasamic vinegar, herbs and garlic
-Salmon in lemon and dill

Cole slaw with scallions, garlic, chopped bell peppers, cider vinegar and olive oil
Italian vegetables – red bell pepper and tomatoes in balsamic vinegar and oil
